If you forget the password for plesk you can do the following from a command prompt:

Linux:

cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

Windows:

cd c:\program files\swsoft\plesk\admin\bin 
plesksrvclient.exe -get

The above will display a window with the current Plesk admin password.
