The error "unable to execute event triggers" means that Cortex was unable to send an email regarding the event you just executed. If you're working on an instance assigned to you check your profile and make sure you have a valid email address entered. If you're the system administrator make sure the system email settings are correct. Not that this is just an event error. The command you ran on the instance still executed, but no message was sent about it.
