Virtuozzo machines will likely give this error message when using up2date:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/sbin/up2date", line 11, in ? import rpm ImportError: No module named rpm

This is by design, virtuozzo has it's own up2date system called vzup2date. They can use vzup2date to update the virtuozzo/kernel software, and 'vzup2date -t' to update the template files.
